Fall Buzzards Gathering at the Ft. Wayne Hamfest

Look for information and details here soon

The Michigan Buzzard's Roost Net is an informal group of Radio Amateurs which
meet daily on the air solely for the purpose of enjoying each other's company and
making new friends. Sometimes we discuss important topics; sometimes just the
weather or what's for dinner. The net usually lasts about an hour, or if there are
lots of stations checking in, sometimes longer.

The Michigan Buzzard's Roost Net is an "informal" net and typically handles
no traffic. We leave that task to the formal traffic nets! Our purpose is just to
have fun and rag-chew. Each night the net is under direction of a rotating net
control station who regularly asks for check-ins, and will make you feel right at
home, even the first time you check-in!

Any licensed Amateur Radio Operator  with a General Class ticket or higher is
welcomed to check into the Michigan Buzzard's Roost Net. You'll be surprised,
because just after a few check-ins you'll become a "regular" and will begin to
develop friendships with other Amateurs. Some folks check-in every day, some
just once a month or so. Do whatever fits your schedule!

Our motto is:

PROMOTING FRIENDSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP
AMONG RADIO AMATEURS

So fire up your HF rig today and give the Michigan Buzzard's
Roost Net a try, won't you?

Thanks for your time!
